Last night, Mo Williams threw out the first pitch at Miller Park. The Brew Crew went on to beat the Diamondbacks in dramatic fashion by a score of 4-3 to push their Miller Park record to 33-14. Mo took in the game with the hometown fans. And why wouldn't he. Mo is probably in a pretty good mood since inking a 6 year deal with the Bucks, choosing to remain in Milwaukee as opposed to leaving for Miami or Indiana.
Williams averaged a career-best 17.3 points in 68 games last season. He was widely considered the top prize among point guards on the free agent market this summer. As a life-long Bucks fan, I must say I'm pleased the Bucks were able to make this deal happen. Milwaukee is now set up with a solid back court for years to come.
