Milwaukee on Top of Central Division (Bulls on Bottom)

Don't look now Bucks fans, but Milwaukee is on top of the Central Division. Sure, it isn't even December yet, but last week the Bucks had impressive wins against Cleveland, Dallas and the Lakers. Beating three of the NBA's big hitters in November is something to hang your hat on, especially these days; there have been plenty of hats on the floor in recent years.

In addition to being competitive early on, this Bucks team is also proving to be fun to watch play. I was downtown on Saturday night with my good friend Napoleon Ming, enjoying some chicken wings and Old Style on a beautiful Autumn evening in the heart of Milwaukee. We picked up a couple lower level Milwaukee Bucks tickets and went into the Bradley Center just before the game started.

For the next two and a half hours, the Bucks played some of the most enjoyable team basketball I've seen in a long time. They came out strong, stayed with the Mavericks for three quarters and finished on top with a couple Redd free bee's to stretch their home record to 6-0. Bogut posted his fifth double-double of the season. Krystkowiak commended Yi's play on Dirk Nowitzki at the end of the game. JSOnline writer Tom Enlund even had a little 420 word article drawing similarities between the two players.

Next up the Bucks face three teams with records under .500 for the season. If they can take care of business this week, it will be an exciting match up on Saturday night when the Pistons come to town.

Oops, they dropped a few spots with the loss last night. I still have faith in the Milwaukee Bucks.

I like to have the hot buffalo wings at Major Goolsbye's before a Bucks game
