Our Milwaukee Bucks are just 1.5 games away from nabbing the 8th seed in the Eastern Conference. The team that stands in their way? The New York Knicks. It just so happens that the Bucks are in New York playing the Knicks tonight, so this will be a must-win game for the Bucks if they want to stay in fight for the playoffs. All in all, it seems as though things are looking up for the Milwaukee Bucks. They just came off of an impressive record six-game winning streak (which came to an end last Friday against the Boston Celtics). New Bucks players Monta Ellis and Ekpe Udoh have added some much-needed depth to the Bucks' roster and for the first time in awhile, the Bucks have an abundance of players with talent.
Unfortunately, the Bucks lost to the Indiana Pacers on Saturday night, but that happened to be the Bucks third game in a row. The Bucks had a bit of trouble getting back to Milwaukee from Charlotte, so I like to chalk that loss up to the Bucks running out of steam. However, in order to make it into the playoffs, the Milwaukee Bucks will have to find a way to keep up their momentum. According to Coach Skiles, the Bucks need to be able to win against the better teams in the league, not just the teams with records under .500.
What do you think? Can the Milwaukee Bucks make it to the playoffs?
